Phẫu thuật cắt dạ dày ống ("sleeve gastrectomy", SG) hiện là phương pháp phẫu thuật giảm béo phổ biến nhất trên toàn cầu. Biến chứng đáng sợ có liên quan đến phẫu thuật này là rò rỉ tại vị trí khâu, rất khó điều trị và thường kéo dài. Trong bài viết này, chúng tôi sẽ trình bày các lựa chọn điều trị nội soi cho các biến chứng sau khi thực hiện phẫu thuật cắt dạ dày ống, đặc biệt là điều trị rò rỉ dạ dày ống. Việc hiểu rõ sinh lý bệnh của các biến chứng xảy ra và kiến thức phẫu thuật chính xác về quy trình phẫu thuật là những điều kiện tiên quyết cho việc điều trị thành công. Lựa chọn quy trình nội soi thực tế sẽ phụ thuộc vào trang thiết bị và khả năng của từng đơn vị nội soi cũng như kỹ năng của người thực hiện nội soi. Hiện tại, dường như việc đặt ống dẫn lưu bên trong là phương pháp hiệu quả nhất.
