Khuyến nghị về Pre- và Probiotics trong Sữa bột cho Trẻ Sơ sinh

Trong một thời gian, các loại sữa cho trẻ sơ sinh đã được bổ sung với pre- và probiotics. Prebiotics là các thành phần thực phẩm không thể tiêu hóa, giúp thúc đẩy sự phát triển và hoạt động của một số vi sinh vật, chủ yếu trong đại tràng, từ đó tạo ra các hiệu ứng tốt cho sức khỏe. Probiotics là các vi sinh vật sống, có tác dụng tăng cường sức khỏe khi được cung cấp với lượng thích hợp. Đối với những trẻ sơ sinh khỏe mạnh, chưa có bằng chứng lâm sàng thuyết phục về lợi ích của sữa bột giàu pre- hoặc probiotics so với sữa bột không bổ sung.
