Tóm tắt Đề cương Các khoa cấp cứu trên toàn cầu đang chịu gánh nặng quá tải, và chương trình cư trú chuyên khoa cấp cứu đang mất dần sức hấp dẫn đối với sinh viên và bác sĩ. Điều này dấy lên mối lo ngại về sự sụp đổ của một hệ thống cứu người. Mục tiêu của chúng tôi là xác định những lý do chính của lực lượng lao động và đặt câu hỏi về hành vi tuyển dụng nhân viên y tế. Phương pháp Đây là một nghiên cứu cắt ngang tiềm năng. Vào tháng 12 năm 2022, sinh viên y khoa và bác sĩ chưa vào chương trình cư trú ở Slovenia đã được mời tham gia một bảng hỏi trực tuyến. Dữ liệu được phân tích bằng cách sử dụng kiểm định T, kiểm định chi bình phương, kiểm định Mann–Whitney-Wilcoxon và phân tích thành phần chính. Các câu hỏi mở được phân loại thủ công. Phạm vi mức lương cơ bản ưa thích cho cư dân là từ 3623–4529 I$, và cho chuyên gia là từ 5435–6341 I$. Các ưu tiên cá nhân chính của mẫu khảo sát là đạt được sự cân bằng công việc-cuộc sống thỏa đáng, kiếm được sự tôn trọng từ đồng nghiệp và tham gia vào các hoạt động học thuật. Các yếu tố thu hút cá nhân chọn chuyên khoa cấp cứu bao gồm mức lương theo giờ cao, thiết lập tiêu chuẩn và quy định, và giảm giờ làm việc. Kết luận Các phát hiện của chúng tôi chỉ ra rằng việc cải thiện thù lao, thiết lập các tiêu chuẩn và quy định có thể đạt được, tạo điều kiện cho sự cân bằng giữa công việc và cuộc sống tốt đẹp, cung cấp hỗ trợ cho việc mua nhà ban đầu, khuyến khích tham gia vào các chương trình cư trú thiếu thốn, thúc đẩy tính đồng đội giữa các đồng nghiệp, hạn chế thời gian làm việc, và cho phép tích lũy lương hưu có thể là điều cần thiết để thu hút nhiều người theo đuổi chương trình cư trú chuyên khoa cấp cứu hơn.
