Tóm tắt

Electron microscopy of leaves of barren brome (Bromus sterilis L.) infected with aRhopalosiphum padi-specific isolate of barley yellow dwarf virus revealed the following inclusions and intracellular abnormalities: Viruslike particles and vesicles scattered throughout the cytoplasm, unidentified crystalline arrays closely associated with endoplasmic reticulum, and osmiophilic lipid globules.
