Ảnh hưởng của việc bổ sung thực phẩm tươi ngắn hạn đến hiệu suất sinh sản, thành phần sinh hóa, và hồ sơ axit béo của Litopenaeus vannamei (Boone) được nuôi trong điều kiện biofloc

Một thử nghiệm kéo dài 40 ngày đã được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá ảnh hưởng của việc bổ sung thực phẩm tươi tự nhiên (FF) trong 20 ngày trước khi tiến hành tiêu diệt (ablation) đối với giống Lítôpenaeus vannamei nuôi trong điều kiện biofloc. Những thay đổi trong thành phần sinh hóa và hồ sơ axit béo đã được sử dụng làm chỉ số cho tình trạng dinh dưỡng. Những con cái được bổ sung FF (FLOC + FF) đã sản xuất trứng tốt hơn, phát trứng nhanh hơn, và thể hiện mức độ HUFA cao hơn trong trứng so với những con cái không được bổ sung FF (FLOC). Phân tích thành phần gần đúng của biofloc và đánh giá vi sinh vật cho thấy hàm lượng protein thô và lipid cao hơn trong điều trị FLOC + FF (26.3 và 0.7 %) so với điều trị FLOC (18.4 và 0.3 %) và cũng cho thấy nồng độ cao hơn của vi khuẩn lam sợi và giun tròn. Những kết quả tốt hơn đạt được ở những con cái được bổ sung FF ngắn hạn đã xác nhận việc sử dụng FF trong giống L. vannamei.
