Tóm tắt

The effect of irradiation at λ = 312.5, 365.0, and 552.0 nm on the structural and phase changes in thin vanadium films during vacuum annealing were studied by electron microscopy and diffraction. The results demonstrate that irradiation at these wavelengths promotes vanadium oxidation during annealing and makes it possible to obtain various vanadium oxides.
