Tác động của nồng độ Cr3+ trong việc phát quang của Zn1.4Al1.2Ge0.4O4: xCr3+

Phosphor Zn1.4Al1.2Ge0.4O4: xCr3+ (x = 0.1%, 0.25%, 0.5%, 1%, 2%) đã được chuẩn bị ở nhiệt độ 1400 °C thông qua phản ứng rắn thông thường, và các thành phần pha cũng như tính chất phát quang của chúng đã được xác định chi tiết qua các phương pháp như XRD, quang phổ phát quang, đường cong suy tàn và kỹ thuật TL. Với việc pha tạp Cr3+, phosphor Zn1.4Al1.2Ge0.4O4: xCr3+ cho ra ánh sáng hồng ngoại gần ở bước sóng 696 nm do sự chuyển tiếp 2E → 4A2 của ion Cr3+. Kết quả thực nghiệm cho thấy nồng độ pha tạp Cr3+ đóng vai trò quan trọng trong hiệu suất phát quang của phosphor Zn1.4Al1.2Ge0.4O4: xCr3+. Khi nồng độ Cr3+ được xác định là 1%, phosphor Zn1.4Al1.2Ge0.4O4: Cr3+ đạt được hiệu suất phát quang và độ bền sau sáng tối ưu. Cơ chế của phosphor đã được thảo luận. Kết quả TL cho thấy độ sâu và nồng độ của bẫy trong phosphor sẽ bị ảnh hưởng bởi nồng độ pha tạp Cr3+.
