Tóm tắt

Việc lập kế hoạch để thúc đẩy sức khỏe của các bà mẹ sau sinh là rất quan trọng ở tất cả các quốc gia. Nghiên cứu này nhằm xác định hiệu quả của hai phương pháp tư vấn trong việc ngăn ngừa rối loạn căng thẳng sau sang chấn sau sinh. Trong thử nghiệm lâm sàng này, 193 bà mẹ đã trải qua một cuộc sinh traumat đã được phân chia ngẫu nhiên thành ba nhóm. Người tham gia được đánh giá bằng bảng hỏi IES_R vào 4–6 tuần và 3 tháng sau khi sinh. Ghi nhớ lại và tư vấn hành vi nhận thức ngắn hạn (CBC) đã cải thiện đáng kể các triệu chứng của rối loạn căng thẳng sau sinh. Sau 3 tháng, CBC có tác động đáng kể đến các triệu chứng. Khuyến nghị screening cho sinh chấn thương, thực hiện chăm sóc hỗ trợ và tư vấn sớm trước khi bắt đầu các triệu chứng căng thẳng sau sang chấn.
