Chúng tôi thảo luận về các tác động lâm sàng của việc chảy máu sớm sau phẫu thuật ghép gan từ người cho sống (LDLT) và những phát hiện trên CT hoặc CT động mạch so với chụp động mạch theo các nguyên nhân chảy máu khác nhau. Sự hình thành khối máu tụ đột ngột cũng như sự rò rỉ của chất phát quang trên CT được coi là các phát hiện dự đoán khả năng chảy máu sớm sau phẫu thuật ở bệnh nhân đã được ghép gan. Việc xem xét cẩn thận những phát hiện này có thể ngăn ngừa sự tiến triển thành tình trạng thảm khốc cần can thiệp phẫu thuật.
