Việc Áp Dụng Các Phương Pháp Thay Thế Có Thay Đổi Mô Hình Bất Đẳng Thức Khu Vực Tại Nga Không?

Mục tiêu chính của nghiên cứu này là tìm kiếm các phương pháp cải thiện hệ thống theo dõi bất bình đẳng thu nhập khu vực tại Nga. Trong bài báo này, chúng tôi so sánh các phương pháp đo lường bất bình đẳng thu nhập hiện đang được sử dụng trong thống kê chính thức với các phương pháp thay thế. Các chỉ số thay thế bao gồm những chỉ số được sử dụng bởi các tổ chức quốc tế và những chỉ số xuất hiện trong tài liệu kinh tế. Cơ sở thực nghiệm cho phân tích được hình thành từ dữ liệu vi mô của Khảo sát Thống kê về Thu nhập Cá nhân và Tham gia vào Các Chương trình Xã hội do Rosstat thực hiện vào năm 2017. Dựa trên kết quả nghiên cứu, chúng tôi đã đề xuất một danh sách các chỉ số bổ sung cho phép làm rõ những đặc điểm cụ thể của bất bình đẳng thu nhập khu vực ở Nga. Chúng tôi cũng đã xác định danh sách các khu vực của Nga mà việc sử dụng các chỉ số bất bình đẳng bổ sung là hợp lý nhất. Chúng tôi kỳ vọng rằng việc sử dụng bộ chỉ số phân hóa thu nhập mở rộng sẽ cung cấp cho các nhà hoạch định chính sách thông tin quan trọng để thiết kế các phản ứng hiệu quả đối với tình trạng bất bình đẳng.
