Nghiên cứu này nhằm xác định liệu sự đa dạng về giới tính trong ban lãnh đạo của các công ty có ảnh hưởng đến tỷ lệ chi trả cổ tức của các công ty niêm yết trên Nifty 50 tại Ấn Độ hay không. Phương pháp phân tích hồi quy đa biến và mô hình logit đã được sử dụng. Biến phụ thuộc trong nghiên cứu là chính sách chi trả cổ tức của công ty, còn biến độc lập là sự đa dạng giới tính. Mô hình hồi quy đã bao gồm các biến kiểm soát được liệt kê phổ biến trong tài liệu hiện có. Sự vững chắc của kết quả cũng đã được kiểm tra. Kết quả cho thấy có mối liên hệ tích cực giữa tỷ lệ phần trăm giám đốc nữ và tỷ lệ chi trả cổ tức. Các kết quả cũng chỉ ra rằng có tác động tích cực của số lượng giám đốc nữ đối với tỷ lệ cổ tức trên tổng tài sản. Điều này ngụ ý rằng sự đa dạng giới tính trong ban lãnh đạo có ảnh hưởng tích cực đến tỷ lệ chi trả cổ tức của các công ty.
