Kiến trúc CNTT của bệnh viện có phù hợp với chiến lược của nó không? Một cách tiếp cận để đo lường sự phù hợp của công nghệ thông tin trong y tế

Các bệnh viện, như là các thực thể chính trong lĩnh vực chăm sóc sức khỏe, cần phải đáp ứng các sáng kiến chính sách ảnh hưởng đặc biệt đến chất lượng, hiệu quả và chi phí cung cấp dịch vụ y tế, cũng như đối phó với những tiến bộ công nghệ liên tục. Xét về tính chất thông tin tập trung của ngành y tế, việc thay đổi chính sách kinh doanh của bệnh viện cũng dẫn đến những tiềm năng và cạm bẫy đối với việc quản lý công nghệ thông tin y tế. Trong ý nghĩa này, bài báo này cố gắng tìm câu trả lời cho vấn đề làm thế nào để giảm thiểu sự không nhất quán giữa kiến trúc kinh doanh và CNTT trong các bệnh viện. Theo phương pháp nghiên cứu khoa học thiết kế, bài báo này nhấn mạnh mô tả một phương pháp mang tên H-BIT, có thể hỗ trợ các nhà quyết định vượt qua vấn đề sự phù hợp này. Các hệ quả cho thực hành chăm sóc sức khỏe được báo cáo dựa trên những kinh nghiệm thu được từ việc áp dụng mẫu của phương pháp này tại một bệnh viện lớn.
