Việc sử dụng mạng xã hội và tình yêu đồ công nghệ có ảnh hưởng đến hiệu suất công việc sáng tạo? Vai trò điều tiết của thế hệ: một đánh giá về các đầu bếp trong bếp

Trong nghiên cứu này, tác động của việc yêu thích đồ công nghệ đến việc sử dụng mạng xã hội tại nơi làm việc và việc sử dụng mạng xã hội tại nơi làm việc đối với hiệu suất công việc sáng tạo được khảo sát. Ngoài ra, nghiên cứu còn nhằm khám phá vai trò điều tiết của thế hệ (người bản địa số/nhập cư số) giữa việc sử dụng mạng xã hội và hiệu suất công việc sáng tạo. Dữ liệu nghiên cứu được thu thập trên các nền tảng trực tuyến qua Google Form và trực tiếp trong khoảng thời gian từ tháng 9 năm 2022 đến tháng 8 năm 2023. Các nền tảng trực tuyến được ưa chuộng để thu thập dữ liệu vì chúng tiết kiệm hơn so với các phương pháp khác (trực tiếp, v.v.). Dân số của nghiên cứu này bao gồm các đầu bếp làm việc trên toàn bộ Türkiye. Tổng cộng, dữ liệu đã được thu thập từ 328 cá nhân. Kỹ thuật khảo sát được sử dụng như một phương pháp thu thập dữ liệu trong nghiên cứu. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy rằng thế hệ có vai trò điều tiết giữa việc sử dụng mạng xã hội và hiệu suất công việc sáng tạo, trong khi không có vai trò điều tiết giữa việc sử dụng mang tính hưởng thụ và lý trí với hiệu suất công việc sáng tạo. Việc sử dụng mạng xã hội của các đầu bếp bản địa số có tác động tích cực đến hiệu suất công việc sáng tạo, nhưng điều này không áp dụng cho các đầu bếp nhập cư số.
