Sự khác biệt và động lực của nghèo đa chiều ở nông thôn Trung Quốc từ phân tích nhiều góc độ

Nghèo tuyệt đối đã được xóa bỏ hoàn toàn ở Trung Quốc vào năm 2020. Tuy nhiên, nghèo được đo bằng thu nhập không phản ánh đầy đủ tình hình thực tế. Bài báo này phân tích nghèo đa chiều và động lực của nó ở nông thôn Trung Quốc từ các góc độ vùng miền, địa hình và vị trí địa lý trong giai đoạn 2010–2018. Chúng tôi sử dụng dữ liệu Khảo sát Gia đình Trung Quốc, áp dụng phương pháp Alkire-Foster và cải thiện chỉ số nghèo đa chiều (MPI), tính toán và so sánh nghèo đa chiều và động lực của nó giữa 3009 hộ gia đình nông thôn. Ngoài ra, chúng tôi cũng phân tách đóng góp của các chỉ số đối với nghèo đa chiều. Kết quả cho thấy nghèo đa chiều có sự khác biệt rõ rệt theo vùng miền, địa hình và địa lý. Hơn nữa, chính sách giảm nghèo có mục tiêu có tác động đáng kể đến xóa bỏ nghèo đa chiều, và tỷ lệ giảm của MPI trong giai đoạn 2016–2018 cao hơn đáng kể so với giai đoạn 2010–2014. Giáo dục đóng góp hơn 50% vào MPI. Nhìn chung, tỷ lệ hộ gia đình có nghèo đa chiều kéo dài cao hơn so với nghèo đa chiều tạm thời, và nghèo đa chiều tạm thời cao hơn nghèo đa chiều không có. Những kết quả này thu được từ quy mô lớn, thời gian dài và nhiều góc độ có thể cung cấp những hiểu biết mới cho chính phủ để củng cố kết quả giảm nghèo, đồng thời chia sẻ kinh nghiệm của Trung Quốc với các quốc gia đang phát triển khác.
