Die Glottoplastik

In dependence of the resection limits it is possible to give a systemical classification of plastic reconstructions after laryngectomy. Basing on this fact a new method of operation developed at the ENT-Univ. Clinic of Würzburg is demonstrated. In a high percentage it is possible to have a rehabilitation of the voice in the same stage with the laryngectomy, also in cases of partial pharyngectomy. Aspirations were not seen up to now.
