Hầu hết các mô hình phân tích rủi ro và yếu tố bảo vệ trong thời kỳ vị thành niên đều bao gồm hệ thống gia đình và chức năng gia đình như những yếu tố chính. Vì lý do này, Dịch vụ Tư vấn Gia đình đóng một vai trò quan trọng trong việc giải quyết các vấn đề của thanh thiếu niên. Các dịch vụ này cần những công cụ đánh giá nhanh chóng và dễ áp dụng, tích hợp các chiều kích khác nhau của chức năng gia đình. Mục tiêu là phát triển và xác thực một thang đo ngắn để sử dụng trong các Dịch vụ Tư vấn Gia đình, khám phá và xác nhận cấu trúc nhân tố của nó và kiểm tra các thuộc tính tâm lý học. Phân tích Nhân tố Khẳng định bằng cách sử dụng mô hình phương trình cấu trúc. Dữ liệu từ 441 thành viên trong gia đình tại bảy đơn vị. Kết quả: Một cấu trúc 5 yếu tố được xác nhận với mức độ phù hợp tốt. Tất cả các giá trị Biến thiên Trung bình Trích xuất đều cao hơn giá trị Biến thiên Bền vững Tối đa. Kết quả xác nhận cấu trúc của Thang đo Chức năng Gia đình-Madrid. Hơn nữa, thang đo thể hiện các thuộc tính tâm lý học đầy đủ và cấu trúc ổn định trong hai thời kỳ đánh giá với các mẫu khác nhau. Công cụ này được coi là đáng tin cậy và nhất quán trong việc đánh giá can thiệp gia đình được thực hiện trong các Dịch vụ Tư vấn Gia đình.
