Phát triển quy trình chuyển đổi số trong ngành sản xuất: Nghiên cứu trường hợp Ai Cập

Chuyển đổi số đóng vai trò vô cùng quan trọng trong ngành sản xuất, đặc biệt là sau đại dịch COVID-19 do nhu cầu ngày càng cao về làm việc từ xa và các nơi làm việc giữ khoảng cách xã hội. Tuy nhiên, vẫn thiếu một quy trình rõ ràng và được định nghĩa tốt để thực hiện chuyển đổi số trong ngành sản xuất. Bài báo này nhằm xác định các giai đoạn quan trọng nhất trong việc thực hiện chuyển đổi số trong lĩnh vực sản xuất. Hai mươi mốt cuộc phỏng vấn có cấu trúc với các chuyên gia giàu kinh nghiệm về số hóa trong ngành sản xuất tại nền kinh tế Ai Cập đã được tiến hành và sử dụng Phương pháp Tốt-Nhất để phân tích dữ liệu như một công cụ phân tích cho việc ra quyết định đa tiêu chí (MCDM). Quy trình chuyển đổi số bao gồm tám giai đoạn bao trùm các yếu tố công nghệ, quản lý, truyền thông và khách hàng. Đóng góp chính của giai đoạn công việc này là sự cân bằng giữa các yếu tố khác nhau của chuyển đổi số - công nghệ số, lãnh đạo và chiến lược, con người và quy trình kinh doanh - để tạo ra một quy trình tích hợp 8 bước của chuyển đổi số trong ngành sản xuất tại các nền kinh tế phát triển như nền kinh tế Ai Cập.
