Tóm tắt

A phytochemical investigation of the seeds of Sinapis alba L., Brassicaceae, resulted in the isolation of two undescribed cyanide compounds, 4-hydroxy-3-((4-hydroxyphenyl)methyl) phenylacetonitrile and 4-hydroxy-3-((4-hydroxy-3-((4-hydroxyphenyl)methyl)phenyl)methyl) phenylacetonitrile. Their chemical structures were elucidated by NMR and HR-ESI–MS analyses.
