Tóm tắt

The Agentcities initiative has developed a worldwide test-bed for a new generation of active, agile and automated eBusiness systems. In this paper we introduce the Agentcities initiative and describe how bespoke applications can be provided to users on demand using the infrastructure. An example of a bespoke service that gives novel functionality by composing services in a travel and entertainment domain is also presented. We discuss an approach to the design and management of component services based on our experiences during the Agentcities project and our observations on the services that were developed and deployed.
