Trong những năm gần đây, nghiên cứu về khởi nghiệp doanh nghiệp (CE) đã mở rộng và thu hút ngày càng nhiều sự chú ý. Mặc dù tầm quan trọng của CE, đổi mới và chuyển đổi tri thức trong các tổ chức được công nhận, nhưng mối liên hệ giữa chúng vẫn còn ít được hiểu rõ cả về lý thuyết lẫn thực tiễn. Do đó, có vẻ quan trọng để hỗ trợ việc chia sẻ tri thức (KS) trong các tổ chức thông qua việc triển khai các nền tảng số (DP), nhằm làm phong phú thêm tri thức hiện có về chiến lược CE và đổi mới sản phẩm (PI). Thực tế, sự gia tăng của internet và các công nghệ thông tin và truyền thông (ICT), song song với sự phát triển của nền kinh tế chia sẻ, đã cho phép các tổ chức kết nối với nhà cung cấp, người tiêu dùng và các tác nhân khác thông qua DP. Bài báo hiện tại do đó nhằm mục đích hiểu và đóng góp vào tài liệu về cách CE, thông qua việc triển khai DP, nâng cao đổi mới sản phẩm. Điều này được thực hiện bằng cách sử dụng một nghiên cứu thăm dò dọc, dựa trên nhiều nghiên cứu tình huống. Cụ thể, một loạt các nguồn dữ liệu được thu thập trong ba doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ (SMEs) của Tunisia hoạt động trong lĩnh vực sản phẩm sữa được phân tích. Các phát hiện chỉ ra tầm quan trọng của DP như một khung động lực, cơ hội và khả năng (MOA). Điều này cho phép một quy trình CE xảy ra và thúc đẩy một môi trường thuận lợi nơi mà tri thức có thể được trao đổi và thu thập một cách tự do, quy trình học tập tổ chức (OL) được thiết lập tốt và khả năng hấp thụ của công ty được tối ưu hóa. Kết quả chỉ ra rằng CE ảnh hưởng đến đổi mới sản phẩm và một số điều kiện được đề xuất để đảm bảo thành công.
