Bài báo này sẽ giới thiệu, thảo luận và minh họa hai mở rộng hiện đại của mô hình Rasch: mô hình logistic một tham số (Verhelst và Glas, 1995) và mô hình Rasch đa chiều (Hoijtink và cộng sự, 1999).
