Tóm tắt

Considerable differences in the structure of gametes of big-scaled redfin Tribolodon hakonensis from Southern Primorye (southern form) and rivers of the Sea of Okhotsk basin (northern form) are found. In spermatozoa of the southern form of T. hakonensis, the mitochondrial apparatus includes up to five mitochondria, and flagellum length is, on average, 36.2 μm. In spermatozoa of the northern form, up to three mitochondria are observed, and flagellum length is, on average, 42.3 μm. In oocytes of the southern form, the zona radiata has well-expressed striation, and radial canals are dense and large. Oocytes of the northern form are characterized by a poor expressed striation, and radial canals are rarely located and small. Observed differences confirm the specificity of gametes in the southern and northern forms of T. hakonensis, and they can be used as additional phylogenetic traits.
