Hiệu suất đốt cháy của methyl ester hạt cao su sử dụng chất chống oxi hóa thơm và phenolic trong động cơ diesel đa xy-lanh

Bài báo này phân tích tác động của các chất chống oxi hóa đối với hiệu suất đốt cháy của động cơ diesel đa xy-lanh, sử dụng hỗn hợp biodiesel từ hạt cao su. Bốn chất chống oxi hóa, cụ thể là 2-tert-butylbenzene-1,4-diol, N,N′-diphenyl-1,4-phenylenediamine, 2(3)-tert-Butyl-4-methoxyphenol và N-phenyl-1,4-phenylenediamine, đã được thêm vào với nồng độ 1000 và 2000 ppm vào các hỗn hợp biodiesel từ hạt cao su. Các hỗn hợp chất chống oxi hóa đã làm tăng công suất phanh lên 4,21% và giảm tiêu tốn nhiên liệu theo tiêu chuẩn phanh xuống 6,82% so với hỗn hợp biodiesel nền. Tỷ lệ giảm phát thải NO dành cho nhiên liệu có chất chống oxi hóa là 9,78% so với biodiesel nền. Tuy nhiên, các hỗn hợp biodiesel đã xử lý lại làm tăng carbon monoxide, hydrocacbon và độ đục khói lần lượt lên tới 32,20%, 42,15% và 43,92% so với các hỗn hợp không xử lý. Nhưng so với các hỗn hợp biodiesel, áp suất xy-lanh và tỷ lệ giải phóng nhiệt với chất chống oxi hóa đã giảm lần lượt 4,17% và 6,87%. Có thể kết luận rằng việc thêm chất chống oxi hóa là hiệu quả trong việc tăng cường độ ổn định oxi hóa và kiểm soát phát thải NO của động cơ diesel sử dụng biodiesel từ hạt cao su.
