Tóm tắt
Thiếu hụt đổi mới hợp tác và năng lực hấp thụ trong các công ty gây ra sự thất bại cho các dự án. Các nhà quản lý/nhân viên trong các doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa (DNVVN) chưa nhận thức đầy đủ về các thực tiễn của vốn trí tuệ và họ cũng chưa thu thập, chia sẻ, chuyển giao và sử dụng tri thức một cách hiệu quả. Nghiên cứu hiện tại, do đó, tập trung vào mối quan hệ giữa đổi mới hợp tác và hiệu quả tài chính của các DNVVN trong lĩnh vực CNTT tại Bồ Đào Nha, với vai trò trung gian của năng lực hấp thụ và vai trò điều tiết của vốn trí tuệ dựa trên ba lĩnh vực phụ (vốn con người, vốn tổ chức và vốn xã hội). Các bảng hỏi đóng được sử dụng để thu thập dữ liệu từ 308 nhân viên và nhà quản lý. Do đại dịch COVID-19, dữ liệu cũng được thu thập thông qua phương pháp khảo sát trực tuyến. Kỹ thuật lấy mẫu ngẫu nhiên đơn giản đã được sử dụng để thu thập dữ liệu và phân tích bằng phương pháp PLS-SEM. Kết quả cho thấy đổi mới hợp tác có tác động tích cực và đáng kể đến hiệu quả tài chính của các công ty CNTT tại Bồ Đào Nha. Năng lực hấp thụ được coi là một yếu tố trung gian tiềm năng giữa đổi mới hợp tác và hiệu quả tài chính. Hơn nữa, vai trò điều tiết của vốn trí tuệ làm tăng cường mối quan hệ giữa đổi mới hợp tác và năng lực hấp thụ.
