Khả Năng Linh Hoạt Nhận Thức và Đáp Ứng Xã Hội ở Trẻ Em và Thanh Thiếu Niên Bị Hội Chứng Tourette

Nghiên cứu này xem xét khả năng linh hoạt nhận thức và đáp ứng xã hội ở trẻ em và thanh thiếu niên mắc Hội chứng Tourette (TS). Ba mươi một đối tượng mắc TS đã được so sánh với 32 nhóm đối chứng khỏe mạnh phù hợp về tuổi tác. Các đánh giá bao gồm phỏng vấn bán cấu trúc để đánh giá tâm lý bệnh lý, thang đo Đáp ứng Xã hội (SRS) do phụ huynh đánh giá và một loạt kiểm tra thần kinh tâm lý ngắn gọn được chọn làm các phép đo về khả năng linh hoạt nhận thức. Thời gian hoàn thành cả hai bài kiểm tra Trail Making Tests (TMT-A và TMT-B) kéo dài hơn đáng kể ở nhóm TS so với nhóm đối chứng, tuy nhiên sự khác biệt về lỗi bảo thủ trong bài kiểm tra Phân loại Thẻ Wisconsin (WCST) không có ý nghĩa thống kê. Điểm tổng SRS ở nhóm TS cao hơn đáng kể so với nhóm đối chứng, cho thấy tổn hại lớn hơn trong khả năng đáp ứng xã hội.
