Tóm tắtCác kháng nguyên nhóm phân biệt (CD) là những phân tử bề mặt tế bào được biểu hiện trên bạch cầu và các tế bào khác liên quan đến hệ thống miễn dịch. Các kháng thể phản ứng với các kháng nguyên CD được biết đến như là một trong những công cụ thiết yếu nhất để xác định các tiểu phân nhóm bạch cầu. T lymphocyte, với tư cách là một quần thể quan trọng của bạch cầu, đóng vai trò thiết yếu trong hệ thống miễn dịch thích ứng. Nhiều kháng nguyên CD được biểu hiện trên T lymphocyte được sử dụng như là các dấu hiệu bề mặt để phân loại T lymphocyte, bao gồm các phân tử CD3, CD4 và CD8. Trong bài tổng quan này, chúng tôi tóm tắt những tiến bộ gần đây trong việc xác định các phân tử CD trên T lymphocyte ở cá nhái, với nhấn mạnh vào các chức năng của các dấu hiệu CD trong việc phân loại các tiểu phân nhóm T lymphocyte. Chúng tôi nhận thấy rằng các gen mã hóa CD3, đồng thụ thể CD4 và CD8 đã được phân lập ở một số loài cá và các kháng thể đã được phát triển để nghiên cứu sự biểu hiện protein trong bối cảnh hình thái và chức năng.
