Nghiên cứu hồi cứu này mô tả hồ sơ lâm sàng, nguy cơ nhiễm trùng và kết quả của bệnh coronavirus 19 ở trẻ em có hệ miễn dịch bị suy yếu. Nghiên cứu cho thấy trẻ em đang sử dụng thuốc ức chế miễn dịch có nguy cơ nhiễm trùng tăng gấp 2,89 lần (P=0,01). Biểu hiện bệnh là không có triệu chứng (P=0,01) hoặc nhẹ với các triệu chứng tiêu hóa chiếm ưu thế (P=0,02) mà không có sự thay đổi trong chế độ điều trị ức chế miễn dịch.
