Lạm dụng trẻ em và tâm thần phân liệt ở thanh thiếu niên phạm tội Trung Quốc: góc nhìn tập trung vào cá nhân

Lạm dụng trẻ em là một yếu tố nguy cơ rõ rệt trong nguyên nhân dẫn đến tội phạm vị thành niên, với tác động sâu sắc đến các ngã rẽ hành vi của các đối tượng phạm tội trẻ tuổi. Tuy nhiên, nghiên cứu về phân tích hồ sơ tiềm ẩn để khám phá các mẫu hình lạm dụng trẻ em đặc trưng ở các đối tượng phạm tội vị thành niên Trung Quốc còn hạn chế. Do đó, có sự thiếu hiểu biết về mối liên hệ giữa các hồ sơ lạm dụng và các biến số liên quan trong bối cảnh này. Nghiên cứu hiện tại nhằm khám phá các nhóm tiềm năng có ý nghĩa của lạm dụng trẻ em ở thanh thiếu niên phạm tội, và chúng tôi đã xem xét thêm các mối liên hệ giữa các nhóm này và nhiều kết quả, đặc biệt là tâm thần phân liệt. Dữ liệu được thu thập từ mẫu 625 thanh thiếu niên phạm tội Trung Quốc (M độ tuổi = 17.22, SD = 1.23). Nghiên cứu này đã sử dụng phân tích hồ sơ tiềm ẩn (LPA) dựa trên điểm số yếu tố của Bảng hỏi Chấn thương Trẻ em - Phiên bản ngắn để xác định các nhóm và xem xét sự khác biệt giữa các nhóm dựa trên các biến kết quả bao gồm tâm thần phân liệt, các đặc điểm thiếu cảm xúc, hành vi hung hăng và lo âu. Nghiên cứu này bao gồm ba thang đo tự báo cáo để đánh giá tâm thần phân liệt, với sự chú ý đến các yếu tố tinh tế trong cấu trúc yếu tố vốn có trong định nghĩa về tâm thần phân liệt. Hai nhóm đã được xác định, bao gồm nhóm không bị lạm dụng (80.2%) và nhóm bị lạm dụng (19.8%). Nhóm bị lạm dụng được đặc trưng bởi mức độ lạm dụng cao hơn ở tất cả các hình thức, đặc biệt là sự bỏ mặc về cảm xúc. Bên cạnh đó, chúng tôi phát hiện rằng nhóm bị lạm dụng cho thấy mức độ tâm thần phân liệt cao hơn đáng kể qua nhiều thang đo tự báo cáo, và có các đặc điểm thiếu cảm xúc, thiếu đồng cảm, hành vi hung hăng và lo âu cao hơn. Chúng tôi đã tìm thấy hai nhóm lạm dụng trẻ em ở các đối tượng phạm tội vị thành niên Trung Quốc. Những phát hiện này có thể cung cấp hiểu biết sâu hơn về lạm dụng trẻ em và can thiệp lâm sàng đối với tâm thần phân liệt trong giai đoạn đầu.
