Chemical Zeno effect—A new mechanism of spin catalysis in radical triads
Tóm tắt
It has been shown that, in radical triads ((Ṙ1, Ṙ2), Ṙ3), spin-selective recombination of the (Ṙ2, Ṙ3) radical pair is able to stimulate spin conversion and catalyze spin-selective recombination of the (Ṙ1, Ṙ2) radical pair. Spin evolution of the (Ṙ1, Ṙ2) radical pair can occur even in the absence of magnetic, hyperfine, and exchange interactions.
