Trải nghiệm của người chăm sóc trong việc chăm sóc các thành viên gia đình có túi thoát niệu: một nghiên cứu định tính

Tại Trung Quốc, khối u bàng quang đứng đầu về tỷ lệ mắc bệnh và tỷ lệ tử vong trong số các khối u của hệ tiết niệu và sinh sản. Phẫu thuật cắt bàng quang triệt để kết hợp với việc chuyển đổi dòng tiểu là tiêu chuẩn vàng cho điều trị ung thư bàng quang xâm lấn vào lớp cơ. Với số lượng phẫu thuật cắt bàng quang triệt để ngày càng tăng mỗi năm, số lượng bệnh nhân sống với túi thoát niệu cũng đang gia tăng. Sau khi xuất viện, việc chăm sóc ban đầu cho bệnh nhân có túi thoát niệu thường được thực hiện tại nhà và có yêu cầu cao đối với những người chăm sóc tại nhà do các vấn đề về riêng tư và sự phức tạp trong việc thay thế thiết bị thoát niệu. Nghiên cứu này đã khám phá những thách thức mà các người chăm sóc trong gia đình của bệnh nhân có túi thoát niệu gặp phải. Chúng tôi đã sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu định tính mô tả để tiến hành phỏng vấn hai mươi lăm người chăm sóc trong gia đình của bệnh nhân có túi thoát niệu. Các đối tượng khảo sát đến từ năm bệnh viện tổng hợp. Tất cả các cuộc phỏng vấn đều được ghi âm, phiên âm và phân tích bằng phân tích chủ đề. Ba thách thức chính được xác định là—nhầm lẫn, khủng hoảng gia đình và tâm lý vật lộn. Trong ba chủ đề này, sáu tiểu chủ đề đã được xây dựng bởi các lập trình viên.
