La chirurgie d’exérèse couplée à la chimiohyperthermie intrapéritonéale peropératoire (CHIP) fait partie de l’arsenal thérapeutique de la carcinose péritonéale d’origine colorectale, permettant d’espérer des survies prolongées. Ce traitement est actuellement de plus en plus codifié; les derniers résultats des séries publiées soulignant la baisse de la morbimortalité et l’intérêt d’utiliser de nouvelles molécules comme l’oxaliplatine. Les efforts à venir devront donc porter sur la rationalisation et l’homogénéisation des indications.
