Tóm tắtTrong thời đại hiện nay, tầm quan trọng của các quy trình tinh gọn và hiệu quả trong các doanh nghiệp ngày càng tăng lên do áp lực cạnh tranh và chi phí. Để đối phó với thách thức này, các doanh nghiệp đang tập trung vào việc xác định các tiềm năng đổi mới sáng tạo mới. Do thực tế là các quy trình đơn điệu và có quy tắc có thể được tự động hóa bởi các robot phần mềm, sự quan tâm đến Tự động hóa quy trình robot (RPA) đã gia tăng đáng kể trong những năm gần đây. Tuy nhiên, trước khi các doanh nghiệp quyết định có áp dụng RPA hay không, trước tiên các nhà ra quyết định cần phải có sự hiểu biết về RPA cũng như đánh giá được các tiềm năng áp dụng và rủi ro liên quan. Bài viết này đáp ứng nhu cầu này bằng cách xác định và đánh giá các khía cạnh trên dựa trên việc nghiên cứu tài liệu. Trong phần nhìn về tương lai, tiềm năng tương lai của RPA sẽ được đánh giá.
