U xơ lành tính của xương mác

Báo cáo một trường hợp của một bệnh nhân, bé gái da trắng, 11 tuổi, người Brasil, vào viện với phàn nàn về đau ở cả hai chân, tại vùng đầu gối trong vòng hai năm. Sau khi kiểm tra chỉnh hình chính xác, vị trí bệnh được xác định ở đầu trên của xương mác. Hình ảnh X-quang xác nhận sự tồn tại của tổn thương xương hủy ở đầu trên xương mác bên phải, ở vị trí vỏ và xung quanh là một vùng xơ hóa. Phẫu thuật cắt bỏ đã được thực hiện và các xét nghiệm bệnh lý xác nhận đây là một khối u xương lành tính (osteoblastoma). Diễn biến sau phẫu thuật diễn ra bình thường và không có biến chứng. Hình ảnh X-quang cho thấy trong vòng ba năm, quá trình hồi phục của xương diễn ra bình thường và hoàn toàn. Không có chất ghép nào được sử dụng và hoạt động màng xương là nguồn chính tạo xương.
