Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu này xem xét liệu mức độ cơ bản (3–14 ngày trước phẫu thuật) của (i) triệu chứng trầm cảm hoặc (ii) triệu chứng lo âu và (iii) niềm tin về bệnh tật có điều tiết các tác động của các can thiệp tiền phẫu bổ sung trước khi phẫu thuật nối động mạch vành đến (i) triệu chứng trầm cảm hoặc (ii) triệu chứng lo âu và (iii) niềm tin về bệnh tật 1 ngày trước phẫu thuật, 1 tuần và 6 tháng sau phẫu thuật hay không. Trong thử nghiệm PSY-HEART, 115 bệnh nhân đã được đánh giá. Họ được phân ngẫu nhiên vào một trong ba nhóm: 1. chỉ nhận chăm sóc y tế tiêu chuẩn (SMC), can thiệp tâm lý bổ sung: 2. nhằm tối ưu hóa kỳ vọng của bệnh nhân (EXPECT), hoặc 3. tập trung vào hỗ trợ cảm xúc.
