Đánh giá khả năng phục hồi của hình thức đô thị: tổng quan tài liệu trong bối cảnh toàn cầu phía Nam

Việc xây dựng các thành phố bền vững và có khả năng chống chịu trong bối cảnh biến đổi khí hậu ngày càng thu hút sự chú ý của cộng đồng nghiên cứu cũng như những người ra quyết định. Mặc dù có một lượng đáng kể nghiên cứu liên quan đến nhiều khía cạnh của khả năng phục hồi đô thị, nhưng hình thức vật lý của các thành phố chỉ nhận được sự chú ý có hạn từ các nhà nghiên cứu. Một trong những thách thức gặp phải là việc tổng quát hóa những nghiên cứu này trên các bối cảnh khác nhau và đa dạng. Nghiên cứu này khám phá các công cụ và khung lý thuyết khác nhau được đề xuất để đánh giá khả năng phục hồi của hình thức đô thị. Hơn nữa, nó khám phá khả năng áp dụng của các khung lý thuyết này trong bối cảnh cụ thể của toàn cầu phía Nam. Phân tích tài liệu dựa trên việc chọn thuộc tính, bối cảnh nghiên cứu, phương pháp và góc nhìn về khả năng phục hồi. Những phát hiện cho thấy sự phân tán nhất định trong việc lựa chọn các thuộc tính, phương pháp tiếp cận và góc nhìn trong tài liệu liên quan đến đánh giá khả năng phục hồi hình thức đô thị. Có những lập luận khác nhau về tác động của các thuộc tính hình thức đô thị lên khả năng phục hồi đô thị, đặc biệt là đối với các yếu tố như mật độ và quy mô thành phố. Hơn nữa, nghiên cứu nhấn mạnh những phức tạp liên quan đến việc tích hợp các khung đánh giá này vào hình thái đô thị độc đáo của các thành phố ở toàn cầu phía Nam, nơi mà sự phát triển không chính thức chiếm ưu thế. Những phát hiện của nghiên cứu này cung cấp những hiểu biết quý giá cho các nhà nghiên cứu và nhà quy hoạch trong việc hiểu mối quan hệ giữa khả năng phục hồi và hình thái đô thị, cho phép việc áp dụng các khái niệm này cho việc đánh giá khả năng phục hồi hình thức đô thị, đặc biệt trong bối cảnh của toàn cầu phía Nam.
