Đánh giá hiệu suất của Thang đo Lo âu và Trầm cảm Bệnh viện (HADS) trong chẩn đoán lo âu ở bệnh nhân lupus ban đỏ hệ thống

Lupus ban đỏ hệ thống tâm thần kinh (NPSLE) được mô tả ở 12–95% bệnh nhân mắc lupus ban đỏ hệ thống (SLE). Rối loạn lo âu là một trong những biểu hiện thường gặp nhất của NPSLE, xảy ra ở 4–85% bệnh nhân. Một số công cụ chẩn đoán, chẳng hạn như Thang đo Lo âu và Trầm cảm Bệnh viện (HADS), đã được sử dụng để đánh giá lo âu trong các nghiên cứu lâm sàng về SLE, nhưng vẫn thiếu dữ liệu về hiệu suất của những bảng hỏi này trong bệnh lý. Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích đánh giá hiệu suất của HADS trong việc phát hiện lo âu ở bệnh nhân SLE nam và nữ, đồng thời khảo sát sự khác biệt có thể có giữa hai giới trong khía cạnh này. Nghiên cứu bao gồm 54 bệnh nhân SLE nam và 54 bệnh nhân SLE nữ. HADS có độ nhạy 88,9% và độ đặc hiệu 92,6%, với các giá trị dự đoán dương tính và âm tính lần lượt là 80,0 và 96,1%. Độ chính xác của HADS trong mẫu tổng thể là 92,6%, với hệ số Kappa bằng 0,5794 (KTC 95% 0,3894–0,7695). Không có sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa nào được quan sát giữa các nhóm nữ và nam về hiệu suất của HADS trong việc chẩn đoán lo âu.
