Bài báo hiện tại là một tóm tắt của một luận án được trình bày để hoàn thành một phần yêu cầu cho bằng Tiến sĩ Khoa học Vật lý và Toán học. Luận án đã được bảo vệ vào ngày 30 tháng 11 năm 1967 trước ban giám hiệu của Viện Toán học V. A. Steklov thuộc Viện Hàn lâm Khoa học Liên Xô. Các đối thủ chính thức là các Giáo sư N. P.
