Điều Trị Glucocorticoid Prenatal cho Thai Nhi Tăng Trưởng Kém: Lợi hay Hại?

Phụ nữ có nguy cơ sinh non thường được điều trị bằng glucocorticoid antenatal để giảm thiểu các biến chứng cho trẻ sơ sinh, bao gồm hội chứng suy hô hấp. Mặc dù glucocorticoid antenatal có lợi cho chức năng phổi của trẻ sơ sinh, nhưng chúng lại liên quan đến những kết quả tiêu cực về tim mạch.
