Ankylosing spondylitis, lymphoma and scleroderma — a unique conjunction

We report a patient with long standing untreated ankylosing spondylitis, who presented with a malignant lymphoma and simultaneously developed systemic sclerosis. We are unaware of previous reports associating these conditions.
