Việc tiếp nhận Người Khuyết tật (NKD) vào các tổ chức là một vấn đề đã được các tổ chức quốc tế, chẳng hạn như Liên minh Châu Âu và Liên Hợp Quốc, đề cập, điều này đã dẫn đến những hệ quả tiếp theo ở Tây Ban Nha với sự phát triển của các bộ luật và sáng kiến cụ thể. Trong bài viết này, chúng tôi đã xem xét khái niệm khuyết tật như một phần của sự đa dạng và, trên hết, như một chủ đề cơ bản của quyền con người và công bằng, điều này đã cho phép chúng tôi đưa tập thể NKD vào nhóm các bên liên quan của các công ty. Mục tiêu chính của bài viết này là phân tích cam kết với NKD của các công ty Tây Ban Nha được coi là có trách nhiệm xã hội theo các chỉ số bền vững đã sử dụng. Chúng tôi đã tổng hợp trong bốn chiều lớn (Các bên liên quan, Tính minh bạch, Nguồn nhân lực và Khả năng tiếp cận) các chỉ số cho phép phân tích thông tin về NKD được công bố bởi các công ty này trong các báo cáo bền vững hoặc các tài liệu tương tự có sẵn qua các trang web của họ. Kết quả cho thấy các công ty quan tâm nhiều hơn đến việc cải thiện hình ảnh của mình đối với bên ngoài hơn là cam kết với chính nhân viên của họ, điều này phù hợp với chiều Tính minh bạch là nơi mà các công ty thực hiện nhiều hành động hơn nhằm hỗ trợ NKD.
