Analysis of the composition and structure of multiphase nonmetallic inclusions by combination of x-ray, fluorescent, and metallographic methods
Tóm tắt
The morphology, structure, and phase composition of complex multiphase oxygen nonmetallic inclusions of extreme sizes in bearing steel are studied with the help of a composite method involving x-ray spectrum microanalysis and metallographic analysis.
