Phân tích tác động của quyền sở hữu tri thức cá nhân đến việc chia sẻ tri thức của nhân viên trong các doanh nghiệp sáng tạo kỹ thuật số Trung Quốc: một biến trung gian có điều chỉnh

Dựa trên lý thuyết quyền sở hữu tâm lý và lý thuyết trao đổi xã hội, bài báo này phân tích tác động của quyền sở hữu tri thức cá nhân đến việc chia sẻ tri thức của nhân viên trong các doanh nghiệp sáng tạo kỹ thuật số Trung Quốc, đồng thời xem xét tác động trung gian của sự xa lánh xã hội và vai trò điều chỉnh của sự linh hoạt tổ chức. Dựa trên phân tích từ 357 mẫu dữ liệu, kết quả cho thấy quyền sở hữu tâm lý của tri thức cá nhân có tác động tiêu cực đáng kể đến việc chia sẻ tri thức của nhân viên, và sự xa lánh xã hội là yếu tố trung gian giữa chúng. Sự linh hoạt tổ chức có tác động làm giảm đáng kể ảnh hưởng tích cực của quyền sở hữu tâm lý tri thức cá nhân đối với sự xa lánh xã hội, và cũng đóng vai trò điều chỉnh trong mối quan hệ giữa quyền sở hữu tâm lý tri thức cá nhân và việc chia sẻ tri thức của nhân viên. Với việc cải thiện tính linh hoạt về tài nguyên và văn hóa, vai trò trung gian của sự xa lánh xã hội trong mối quan hệ giữa quyền sở hữu tâm lý tri thức cá nhân và việc chia sẻ tri thức văn hóa và sáng tạo đang ngày càng trở nên nhỏ hơn.
