Phân tích và tối ưu hóa mạng lưới của dây chuyền lắp ráp ô tô vòng kín bằng mô phỏng

Công trình được trình bày trong bài báo này mô tả việc phát triển một hệ thống hỗ trợ quyết định dựa trên mô hình mô phỏng sự kiện rời rạc. Mô hình nhắm tới một lớp dây chuyền sản xuất cụ thể với cấu hình mạng vòng kín bốn chiều của dây chuyền lắp ráp và lắp ráp trước ô tô được kết nối bằng băng chuyền. Tổng số pallet trên các băng chuyền (cũng đóng vai trò như các bộ đệm trung gian) giữ nguyên không đổi, ngoại trừ vòng thứ tư, phụ thuộc vào tỷ lệ ô tô bốn cửa được thực hiện giữa các trạm tháo lắp và lắp ráp cửa của thân xe. Một số phương trình chi phối của bốn vòng kín không tương thích với công suất của một số bộ đệm trung gian cho những giá trị nhất định của tỷ lệ ô tô bốn cửa. Mô hình mô phỏng có thể được sử dụng để đánh giá tác động của sự biến đổi trong chiều dài các băng chuyền (do đó, kích thước của các bộ đệm trung gian) đến hiệu suất của dây chuyền. Ngoài ra, bài báo này cũng trình bày một đề xuất về việc điều chỉnh chiều dài của các bộ đệm trung gian có thể tối đa hóa hiệu suất của dây chuyền sản xuất và cải thiện tính khả dụng của hệ thống sản xuất cho bất kỳ giá trị nào của tỷ lệ ô tô bốn cửa.
