Mục tiêu.Thực hiện một tổng quan hệ thống về hiệu quả lâm sàng và tính an toàn của anakinra trong điều trị viêm khớp dạng thấp (RA).Phương pháp.Chúng tôi đã tìm kiếm trong Cơ sở Dữ liệu Thử nghiệm Ngẫu nhiên của Cochrane (CENTRAL), MEDLINE, EMBASE, CINAHL và danh sách tài liệu tham khảo của các bài báo đã được chọn để tìm các thử nghiệm ngẫu nhiên có đối chứng so sánh anakinra với giả dược ở người lớn mắc RA.Kết quả.Năm thử nghiệm với 2846 bệnh nhân, trong đó 781 được phân ngẫu nhiên vào nhóm giả dược và 2065 vào nhóm anakinra, đã được bao gồm.
