Một trường hợp "thỏa thuận tự tử" trong thời kỳ Covid-19 - góc nhìn tâm thần học

"Thỏa thuận tự tử" là cái chết chung và được kích thích của hai cá nhân với đặc điểm thiết yếu và không thể tránh khỏi của sự đồng thuận lẫn nhau. Một trong những đối tác (thường là nam, người chiếm ưu thế trong mối quan hệ) thường sẽ khởi xướng hành động và trong hầu hết các trường hợp, chính là người thực hiện nó. Các đặc điểm tâm lý học chưa được chẩn đoán hoặc các đặc điểm ngưỡng triệu chứng là phổ biến ở những người tham gia vào các thỏa thuận tự tử; sự hiện diện của các đặc điểm nhân cách nhóm B như tính tự mãn hoặc rối loạn nhân cách biên giới là đặc biệt quan trọng ở đối tác chiếm ưu thế, trong khi ở đối tác phục tùng, các đặc điểm nhân cách phụ thuộc thường xuất hiện nhiều hơn.
