Tích lũy dư lượng thuốc trừ sâu gốc clo hữu cơ (OCP) trong nước mặt và trầm tích từ hồ İznik ở Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện để đánh giá nồng độ thuốc trừ sâu gốc clo hữu cơ (OCP) trong cột nước và trầm tích của hồ İznik. Các mẫu nước và trầm tích đã được thu thập ở các khu vực khác nhau (sáu điểm lấy mẫu) của hồ trong khoảng thời gian từ tháng 1 đến tháng 12 năm 2019 và được kiểm tra nồng độ OCP bằng sắc ký khí - khối phổ (GC–MS). Kết quả cho thấy rằng dư lượng OCP ở các điểm lấy mẫu khác nhau thay đổi tùy thuộc vào các hoạt động nhân sinh trong khu vực. Nồng độ OCP phát hiện trong nước mặt dao động từ 0,01 đến 60,80 μg/L và trong trầm tích từ 0,06 đến 14,21 ng/g thể khô. Nồng độ của Endrin ketone, endrin aldehyde, endosulfan II, endrin, heptachlor epoxy, beta-BHC, gamma-BHC, ppDDD, và ppDDT đã vượt quá giới hạn dư lượng tối đa được chỉ định bởi Tổ chức Y tế Thế giới (WHO) cho nước mặt. Trong số 18 thành phần OCP đã phân tích, 17 thành phần đã được phát hiện trong mẫu trầm tích và được ghi nhận có nồng độ cao nhất vào mùa hè. Sự hiện diện của mức OCP tương đối cao theo quy định của WHO trong nước hồ İznik, nơi mà các hoạt động nông nghiệp đã gia tăng nhanh chóng trong những năm gần đây, là một mối quan tâm nghiêm trọng, do đó, các cơ quan quản lý cần xem xét thực hiện các hành động thích hợp.
