▪ Tóm tắt: Chúng tôi nghiên cứu khía cạnh xã hội tạo điều kiện cho quản lý hệ sinh thái thích ứng. Bài tổng quan tập trung vào các kinh nghiệm về quản trị thích ứng của các hệ thống xã hội-sinh thái trong những giai đoạn thay đổi đột ngột (khủng hoảng) và điều tra các nguồn tái tạo và tái cơ cấu xã hội. Hình thức quản trị này kết nối các cá nhân, tổ chức, cơ quan và thể chế tại nhiều cấp bậc tổ chức khác nhau. Những người chủ chốt đóng vai trò lãnh đạo, gây dựng niềm tin, tạo ra tầm nhìn, ý nghĩa, và giúp chuyển đổi các tổ chức quản lý thành một môi trường học tập. Hệ thống quản trị thích ứng thường tự tổ chức như các mạng lưới xã hội với các nhóm làm việc và nhóm diễn viên dựa vào nhiều hệ thống tri thức và kinh nghiệm khác nhau để phát triển hiểu biết chung và chính sách.
