Tóm tắt

Virút đồng hợp bào hô hấp (RSV) là một tác nhân chính gây nhiễm trùng đường hô hấp dưới cấp tính ở trẻ nhỏ. Để điều tra sự phổ biến và các đặc điểm di truyền của RSV tại Trung Quốc, chúng tôi đã thực hiện một nghiên cứu dịch tễ học phân tử trong giai đoạn 2015–2019. Tổng cộng có 964 mẫu thử dương tính với RSV được xác định từ 5529 bệnh nhân tham gia trong khuôn khổ nghiên cứu đa trung tâm này. Nhóm RSV A (RSV-A) là nhóm chiếm ưu thế trong thời gian nghiên cứu, ngoại trừ năm 2016. Tổng cộng, 535 chuỗi của vùng siêu biến đổi thứ hai (HVR-2) của gen G đã được thu thập. Kết hợp với 182 chuỗi từ Trung Quốc trong GenBank, cây phát sinh chủng loại cho thấy rằng 521 chuỗi RSV-A rơi vào các kiểu gen ON1 (512), NA1 (6) và GA5 (3), trong khi 196 chuỗi RSV-B rơi vào BA9 (193) và SAB4 (3). ON1 và BA9 là hai kiểu gen duy nhất xuất hiện sau tháng 12 năm 2015. Các kiểu gen ON1 và BA9 có thể được phân thành 10 và 7 dòng tương ứng. HVR-2 của kiểu gen ON1 có sáu biến đổi axit amin với tần suất lớn hơn 10%, trong khi hai biến đổi H258Q và H266L là đồng xuất hiện. HVR-2 của kiểu gen BA9 có chín biến đổi axit amin với tần suất lớn hơn 10%, trong khi các chuỗi với T290I và T312I đều có nguồn gốc từ năm 2018 đến 2019. Một vị trí glycosyl hóa N tại 237 đã được xác định trong các chuỗi ON1, trong khi hai vị trí glycosyl hóa N (296 và 310) được xác định trong vùng lặp 60-nucleotide của BA9. Kết luận, ON1 và BA9 là các kiểu gen chiếm ưu thế tại Trung Quốc trong giai đoạn 2015–2019. Đối với các kiểu gen ON1 và BA9, gen G cho thấy sự đa dạng tương đối cao và đã tiến hóa liên tục.
