Phương pháp giải quyết các bài toán nghịch đảo đa mục tiêu trong điều kiện không chắc chắn

Chúng tôi mô tả một phương pháp để giải quyết các bài toán nghịch đảo đa mục tiêu trong điều kiện không chắc chắn. Phương pháp này đã được thử nghiệm trên các mô hình phi tuyến của chuỗi động động và động lực học quần thể, cũng như trên mô hình không gian - thời gian của sự biểu hiện gen dưới dạng các phương trình vi phân phi tuyến. Chúng tôi xem xét cách xác định các tham số mô hình khi dữ liệu thí nghiệm chứa tiếng ồn thêm vào và việc đo lường được thực hiện tại các thời điểm rời rạc. Chúng tôi định dạng bài toán đa mục tiêu tối ưu hóa dưới điều kiện không chắc chắn. Ngoài tiêu chí sai lệch bình phương nhỏ nhất, chúng tôi đã áp dụng một tiêu chí dựa trên tích phân của các quỹ đạo của động động không gian - thời gian của hệ thống, cũng như một tiêu chí trực giác CHAOS dựa trên phương pháp cây quyết định. Bài toán tối ưu hóa được định dạng bằng cách sử dụng một phát biểu mờ và bị ràng buộc bởi các hàm phạt dựa trên các hàm thành viên chuẩn hóa của một tập mờ của các giải pháp mô hình. Điều này cho phép chúng tôi tái cấu trúc mô hình biểu hiện của gen lông trong các đột biến Drosophila even-skipped, cái mà phù hợp tốt với dữ liệu thí nghiệm. Tính khả thi của các kết quả thu được được xác nhận qua việc giải quyết các bài toán nghịch đảo bằng các phương pháp tối ưu hóa toàn cục khác nhau với các chiến lược trực giác.
