Phương pháp khai thác gen-fuzzy cho các mục với nhiều mức hỗ trợ tối thiểu

Khai thác dữ liệu là quá trình trích xuất những kiến thức mong muốn hoặc các mẫu thú vị từ các cơ sở dữ liệu hiện có cho các mục đích cụ thể. Khai thác các quy tắc liên kết từ dữ liệu giao dịch là một trong những kỹ thuật khai thác phổ biến nhất. Hầu hết các phương pháp khai thác trước đây đều đặt ra một ngưỡng hỗ trợ tối thiểu duy nhất cho tất cả các mục và xác định các mối quan hệ giữa các giao dịch bằng cách sử dụng giá trị nhị phân. Trước đây, chúng tôi đã đề xuất một thuật toán khai thác dữ liệu gen-fuzzy để trích xuất cả quy tắc liên kết và hàm thành viên từ các giao dịch định lượng dưới một ngưỡng hỗ trợ tối thiểu duy nhất. Trong các ứng dụng thực tế, các mục khác nhau có thể có các tiêu chí khác nhau để đánh giá tầm quan trọng của chúng. Do đó, trong bài báo này, chúng tôi đề xuất một thuật toán kết hợp giữa phân cụm, fuzzy và các khái niệm gen để trích xuất các giá trị hỗ trợ tối thiểu đa dạng hợp lý, hàm thành viên và quy tắc liên kết fuzzy từ các giao dịch định lượng. Thuật toán trước tiên sử dụng phương pháp phân cụm k-means để nhóm các mục tương tự lại với nhau. Tất cả các mục trong cùng một cụm được coi là có đặc điểm tương tự và được gán các giá trị tương tự để khởi tạo một quần thể tốt hơn. Mỗi nhiễm sắc thể sau đó được đánh giá theo các tiêu chí sự thỏa mãn yêu cầu và độ phù hợp của các hàm thành viên để ước lượng giá trị thích nghi của nó. Kết quả thực nghiệm cũng cho thấy hiệu quả và hiệu suất của phương pháp được đề xuất.
